I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognize the woman staring back.
For years, I struggled with my weight, my confidence, my energy, and the belief that maybe this was just what getting older was supposed to feel like.
And the truth is, my life was full.
I was a busy IT executive raising a family, taking care of kids, dogs, multiple properties, and helping run a business that my husband and I owned. I was constantly giving my time, energy, and attention to everyone and everything else.
I told myself I was busy. I told myself I would start again on Monday. I told myself I had tried before, and maybe lasting change just was not for me.
But what frustrated me the most was that I could not figure out why I could not lose weight.
I would eat almost nothing all day, skip meals, push through stress, and wonder why the scale never changed. I kept asking myself, "How am I eating so little and still looking and feeling this way?"
I thought I needed more discipline. More willpower. More restriction.
And I also thought I was in better shape than I really was.
Before I started working with a personal trainer to lose weight and get stronger, I was doing Jazzercise five to six days a week. I would burn what felt like 700 calories in an hour and truly believed that meant I was in great shape.
I remember telling my coach, "I can do these exercises. I'm in good shape."
Because in my mind, if I was exercising that much, I must have been fit.
But the truth was humbling.
At the time, I was considered obese, and when I first started strength training, I could not easily raise 15-pound dumbbells. That was the moment I realized that being active and being strong were not the same thing. I had been moving my body, but I had not been building the strength, muscle, nutrition habits, or structure my body actually needed.
That realization changed everything.
Something inside me knew I wanted more.
I wanted to feel strong again. I wanted to feel confident in my clothes again. I wanted to stop feeling like I was constantly starting over. Most of all, I wanted to prove to myself that it was not too late.
So I started my own journey.
Through strength training, better nutrition, consistency, and learning how to build habits that actually fit my real life, I lost over 30 pounds and completely transformed my body and my mindset.
That transformation changed everything.
It gave me my confidence back. It helped me feel stronger, healthier, and more in control of my life. It also showed me that women over 40, 50, and beyond are absolutely capable of changing their bodies, building strength, losing weight, and feeling amazing again.
That journey is what led me to become a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and create Endless Evolution.
Now, I help women who are standing where I once stood β wanting change, but feeling hesitant, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin.
Because I know what it feels like to be busy, exhausted, frustrated, doing "all the right things," and still wondering why your body is not changing.
And I also know this:
It is not too late.
You are not broken.
And you do not have to figure it out alone.
You do not have to be perfect. You do not have to live in the gym. You do not have to give up all the foods you love. And you definitely do not have to do this alone.
My approach is built around realistic fitness, sustainable nutrition, accountability, and support. I help you build strength, lose weight, improve your confidence, and create habits that work in real life β not just for a few weeks, but for the long term.
Your age is not the reason you cannot change. Your past attempts do not define you. And where you are today is not where you have to stay.
